Lei Wa Lakom Empowers Kuwait University Students Through Financial Literacy Workshop

Lei Wa Lakom proudly conducted a series of Financial Literacy Workshops at Kuwait University, aimed at equipping students with essential money management skills that will guide them well beyond their academic journey.

These workshops covered key financial concepts—from budgeting and saving to understanding debt and the long-term impact of everyday spending habits. The sessions were designed to be simple, relatable, and engaging, allowing students from all academic backgrounds to easily understand and apply what they learned.

We were honored to collaborate with JAZL Economic Consultancy Company, the Women’s Research and Studies Center, and Alpassion in delivering these sessions. Our sincere thanks to our generous sponsors— National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), Zain, and CINET for supporting this important initiative.

At Lei Wa Lakom, we view financial literacy as a core life skill—one that impacts not only a person’s finances but also their mental health, decision-making, and long-term security. By educating young people today, we’re investing in a more empowered, financially responsible generation for tomorrow.

This initiative is part of our ongoing mission to promote wellbeing and awareness in every area of life. We look forward to expanding our financial literacy efforts across more institutions and reaching even more young minds.

Together, we’re building a more informed, resilient, and financially aware youth.
